It's Official: Good Customer Experiences Win the Most

You may have figured out by now that, among the many hats I wear, one is as the communications committee chair for the American Marketing Association’s Colorado chapter. This month, the AMA is highlighting a recent study by McKinsey & Company, “The Business Value of Design.”

If you study behavioral trends that result from ever-evolving technologies, it’s likely clear to you that personalization and a positive user experience are necessary for companies and brands to succeed. This recent McKinsey study puts some data behind that sentiment, noting that companies with great end user design have financially outperformed industry averages by over 2x.

I could go on all day about the many tangible benefits of effective user experiences, but for now, I will leave you with a full summary of the McKinsey study here, and the always-available option to reach out to me at info@insightdcs.com if you’d like to engage in powerful user experiences for your business!
